Caverhill Lodge Policies

Deposit: A 50% deposit is due with your reservation. Payment may be made by telephone with Mastercard or Visa credit cards. Or by mail with a personal cheque.

Final Payment: Due on departure. Payable by Mastercard or Visa credit cards, travellers cheque, personal cheque or cash. Gratuities not included, 5% minimum suggested.

Arrival/Departure: Your vacation starts with a Caverhill supper and ends with a bag lunch for the trip home. Check-in and boat pick up times are at 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Please confirm your pick up time 24 hours prior to arrival. Check out is before 11:00 am.

Liability Wavier: Please be advised on arrival at Caverhill Lodge all guests are required to sign a liability waiver that will waive the right to sue. Click here to view the document in detail. Click here to download waiver.

Cancellation Policy: Your deposit is non-refundable. You may wish to purchase trip cancellation insurance through your travel agent. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures or changes to group size.
